I WASN'T ALWAYS A PROFESSIONAL NUMEROLOGIST

Like many of you, my career path has been a constantly evolving one. Growing up with a love of color, style and design, I started my professional journey as a fashion and special events coordinator for a major Chicago retailer. This led me (in a circuitous way) to a wonderfully rewarding job with another retailer heading up a businesswomen’s wardrobing service and presenting professional image seminars to corporate and professional groups.

My next step was to leave retailing and become self-employed as a professional color and image consultant. I worked both with individual and corporate clients, assisting many men and women to know and express their own uniqueness and talents by learning the language of color and style. I received much gratifying feedback that my interactive methods of teaching helped people effect positive life changes that many times were in the “dreams come true” category.

Over twenty years ago I was motivated to attend a 2-hour seminar on numerology. Fascinated by the concept that nine numbers contain the power to unlock “secret” information and help us guide our lives, I wanted to know more. My course of study continues to this day, and I express gratitude to the many teachers and authors whose wisdom I have accessed over the years.

Numerology was at first a hobby. Eager to know if this concept really offered guidance on the timing of life changes, I volunteered information to anyone willing to receive it. My own experiences combined with the testimonials from amazed friends validated to me that numerology really does contain information that people can use to time and create positive life changes.

A few years ago a major life transition prompted me to seek new ways of being in service to others. I began offering numerology consultations for a fee. Clients began referring me to their friends and colleagues. This is what I call “divine guidance” which is always there for us – and also written in the code of numerology. My own numerology charts confirms that indeed I was born with the potential to instruct and guide others using metaphysical science. By my serving you in this way, it is validated through the numbers that I am fulfilling my highest potential. …And that is what numerology does. It validates to us that we are on our highest and best path….And, if we’ve strayed off course, it helps us regain our direction and get back on track again.

And for those of you who wonder, “Is ‘Nan Fortune’ your real name?”, the answer is “no”. “Nan” is a variation of my birth name, “Nancy”. “Fortune” is a name I created for myself as a tool for reminding you that we all can create our own fortunes and destinies. It is my pleasure and honor to assist you in manifesting your highest potentials and the dreams of your heart.

I receive much pleasure from supporting you in creating the outcomes you desire by offering you insight into the best timing for life events and best use of your talents and potentials. Although I am highly intuitive, I will not tell you what is going to happen, tell you what to do, or make choices for you. You are the one who is the creator of your life and ultimate destiny. I am simply your teacher, coach, and cheerleader.

The focus of all my consultations is to assist you in achieving positive outcomes for your stated goals. In my book, your glass is always at least half full! Even if you are transiting a stormy time in your life, my goal is to assist you in finding – or creating – the silver lining.

I do not diagnose or treat conditions of physical or mental health, nor do I advise on matters of law, finances and/or investments. I can, however, suggest times for you when it may be especially productive to address and find counsel on the above from the properly credentialed medical, mental health, legal and/or financial professionals.

WHAT I BELIEVE

While I regard numerology as a phenomenally accurate tool in determining both the timing and implementation of major life and career events as well as daily activities, it is only part of the process of achieving desired outcomes. In my life of confronting challenges and reaping rewards (there have been many of both!), I have found that the more we can employ and master the following actions, the more effective the use of numerology can be in our lives.

PRAYERS, in whatever way matches each person’s spiritual belief system, will always be answered, though often in ways we can never imagine, understand or recognize at the time of occurrence.
